Karen was looking to create a Blog site where they could record and publish a blog of their sailing adventures. We looked at the options of Wordpress and Joomla and settled on Joomla as it provided more flexiablity and was less constrained to layout modification. K2 is used as the blog tool within Joomla as it provides a number of enhancements over the straight Joomla articles e.e. Tagging, media can be embedded directly without additional 3 rd party addons.
